One of our favorite swimming spots
*Note that Google maps will tell you to park on Arrowsic Road but we would highly recommend parking on the other side of the pond on Old Stage Road. Just drive down Old Stage Road until you see a line of cars parked on the side of the road, just park next to those cars and you'll see the entrance.
Another great place to swim
You can use the parking lot of the inn by the quarry.
Big nearby beach
It's a state park, so there's a $6 fee for Maine residents and $8 fee for non-residents.
Nearby beach and walking trails. Also close to Five Islands Lobster Co.

~4 mile out and back hike through the forest and salt marsh to the beach.
Parking can be limited, so we'd recommend trying to get there on the earlier side.
Nice rocky coastal area with a lighthouse and tidepools
